Introduction to Epilepsy

"I have lived with uncontrolled, unpredictable cryptogenic epilepsy since the age of five years old.

I am keen to share my knowledge and experience, during training sessions, to help health and social care staff to know how best to support others with similar conditions.

I can share, during training sessions, my first hand experience of what it feels like to have to have support and how you can help the person being supported to feel more comfortable. My knowledge and experience will also help you to understand the best way to approach a variety of situations when providing support/care for people with epilepsy."
